1. Germinate the Farm

• Available: Complete Main Quest Animal Farm
• Objective: Serve +10 meals in Highlake
• Reward: A special trinket that will make cooking slightly easier

Now that you can cook food, be sure to cook as much as possible and store it in the Buffet tables. After 10 meals have been eaten, return to the Placard. You will be rewarded with a Recipe Box trinket.

The Recipe Card allows you to auto-fill cooking cards for any recipe when cooking.

2. Take Root

• Available: Complete Germinate the Farm
• Objective: Build x1 Level 2 Dining Room in Highlake
• Reward: 450 Coins

To increase the level of the Dining Room, you will need to upgrade the furniture to Level 2 including the Sturdy Oak Table, Rounded Chair, and Small Buffet. Once it has been upgraded, return to the Placard to turn it in.

3. Bearing Fruit

• Available: Complete Take Root
• Objective: Build x5 Level 3 Bedrooms in Highlake
• Reward: A special trinket that will help with building stuff

To increase the level of the Bedrooms, you will need to switch out the furniture to the Level 3 bedroom objects including the Cozy Butterscotch Bed, Lovely Lavender Bed, Elegant wardrobe, and Cute Comfy Footrest. Once the bedrooms have been upgraded, return to the Placard, and you will be rewarded with the Tape Measure trinket.

The Tape Measure allows you to access the Build Mode without having to be at a Workbench.

4. Grow the Farm

• Available: Complete Bearing Fruit
• Objective: Build x2 Level 2 Kitchen in Highlake
• Reward: 550 Coins

To increase the level of the Kitchen, you will need to upgrade the furniture to Level 2. At this point you do not have access to those furniture recipes, so you will need to complete more of the Main Quests until you finish Bear Fruit, which unlocks Level 2 Kitchen furniture. Upgrade your cutting board and stove to a Basic Cutting Board and Gas Stove. Upgrade your refrigerator to a Sensible Fridge. Return to the Placard to turn it in.

5. Overgrow the Farm

• Available: Complete Grow the Farm
• Objective: Raise the Prestige to Level 5 in Highlake
• Reward: 650 Coins

To increase the Prestige level in the Farmhouse, you will need to upgrade some of the furniture. This means replacing the Level 3 Bedroom furniture with Level 4 furniture and replacing some of the Level 2 Bathroom furniture with Level 3. You should also add more decorations. Once you have achieved Prestige Level 5, head back to the Placard to turn it in.

6. Cook the Books

• Available: Complete Overgrow the Farm
• Objective: Build x1 Level 2 Campfire in Highlake and host +2 Guests with the Birdwatcher trait
• Reward: 850 Coins

In order to acquire Level 2 campfire objects, you will need to complete Main Quests in the Pinefall region. When you have completed the Al Fresco quest, you will unblock Level 2 Campsite furniture.

Then you will need to book at least 2 Guests that have the Birdwatcher trait. After they have enjoyed their stay, head back to the Placard to turn it in.

7. Top Banana

• Available: Complete Cook the Books
• Objective: Get +20 five-star reviews in Highlake
• Reward: A thick pair of pants

This will take some time to complete as you will need to book 20 guests to the Farmhouse and receive five-star reviews from them. After you’ve received your reviews, head back to the Placard and interact with it. You will receive x1 Thick Ski Pants.
