The didactic activities of the XNUMXnd semester for the final years of the bachelor's and master's degree cycles will be scheduled during the 12 weeks, but they will be scheduled in only 3 days/week, the other 2 days being dedicated to the elaboration of the final studies. Exceptions to this provision – university study programs organized by the Faculty of Music and Theatre, the Faculty of Letters, History and Theology (university study programs in the fields of Philology), respectively the Department of Psychology, where the activities can be scheduled in 4 days/ week.
Outstanding exams from previous years can be taken in any exam session (corresponding to the semester in which the discipline was held), with the conditions of paying the re-examination or re-contracting fees, as the case may be, and fulfilling the obligations set out in the discipline sheet by the students.
In session C, the exams related to the I semester are scheduled in the first part of the day (time interval 08:00-13:00), and the exams related to the II semester are scheduled in the afternoon (time interval 15:00-20:00) ).
Depending on the date for which the national qualification exam in pre-university education will be set, at the proposal of the UVT Faculty Councils, the UVT vice-rector responsible for academic strategy and the relationship with students is empowered to approve changes to the structure of the academic year for the final years in order to support student participation UVT in this exam. Also, at the proposal of the UVT Faculty Councils, the relevant vice-rector is empowered to approve extensions of the periods related to the admission process.
For the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport participating in major national and international competitions, recognized as such by the management of the faculty by decision of the Faculty Council, the C exam session and the taking of the graduation exams can be organized in periods other than those established by this structure, with the approval of the Faculty Council and the approval of the relevant vice-rector.
