1. Grand Motel

• Available: Complete Main Quest Mo Tel Mo Problems
• Objective: Build x5 Level 2 Bedrooms in A24
• Reward: A cool trinket that can help tell time

If you haven’t had the chance, you will need to build 5 bedrooms in The Motel and then replace all of the bedroom furniture to include the Rustic Delight Bed, the Cushioned Footrest, and Small Vanity Table. You can add more decorations to the rooms to increase the bedroom level. Once you have achieved Level 2 for all bedrooms, head back to the Placard and interact with it. You will receive a Watch for your work.

The Watch will add a small clock to your HUD.

2. Put It on My Tab

• Available: Complete Grand Motel
• Objective: Complete the stay for +10 Guests in A24
• Reward: 300 Coins

This Management Job might take some time to complete as you will need to get 10 guests into the Motel. Once it is completed, head back to the Placard and interact with it to turn it in.

3. One for the Road

• Available: Complete Put It on My Tab
• Objective: Build x2 Level 1 Bathrooms in the A24
• Reward: A trinket that will help you carry more things

At this point, you may have already built two bathrooms to accommodate the five rooms in The Motel. If so, then this quest is complete. If not, then head to the Workbench and build a new bathroom. You will need a sink, a toilet, and a tub. Once it is built, head back to the Placard and interact with it. You will receive a Fanny Pack for completing the job.

The Fanny Pack will add additional slots to your inventory.

4. Ways to Go

• Available: Complete One for the Road
• Objective: Build x3 Level 3 Bedrooms in A24
• Reward: 350 Coins

To complete this Management Job, you will need to unlock Level 3 Bedroom Furniture. This can only happen when you have completed the Highlake Main Quest Farm to Fork (3). Once this quest is done, new furniture will be unlocked in Pawn Voyage. Buy the Level 3 Bedroom Object recipes and construct the furniture to redo your bedrooms. You do not need to redo all of the bedrooms at this time, just 3 to complete this job. Go back to the Placard to turn this quest in.

5. Grease the Wheels

• Available: Complete Ways to Go
• Objective: Raise the Prestige to Level 4 in A24
• Reward: 400 Coins

If you have not already raised the Presitge of The Motel to Level 4, now is the time for some renovations. To get to Level 4, it is recommended to use Level 2 furniture and above in the bedrooms and bathrooms and buy items with +2 Decoration and above. Once you have reached the Prestige level, head back to the Placard and interact with it.

6. Best with Friends

• Available: Complete Grease the Wheels
• Objective: Build x1 Level 3 Bathrooms in A24 and host +2 Guests with the Hygenic trait A24
• Reward: 550 Coins

You will need to approach this Job in two parts: 1) build a Level 3 Bathroom and 2) host +2 Guests with the Hygenic trait. If the Level 3 Bathrooms objects are now available, replace all the current bathroom sinks, toilets, and tubs with the Level 3 versions. This will satisfy the first part of this objective.

At this point, you will start to see some guests with a high Hygienic score that will be impossible to meet with Level 3 Furniture alone. This means you will need to wait until Level 4 Furniture becomes available. You will need to complete the Main Quest Creature Comforts in Winterberry to unlock Level 3 Bathroom furniture. Craft an Ornate Bathroom Sink, Luxurious Throne, and a Lavish Standing Tub to raise the Hygiene score. Now you can accommodate higher Hygienic scores.

7. On the Rocks

• Available: Complete Best with Friends
• Objective: Get +15 five-star reviews in the A24
• Reward: A dapper new overcoat

This job should be relatively easy, but it will take some time to amass 15 five-star reviews. Even if you have received five-star reviews in the past, they will not count towards this new requirement. Once you have received 15 +5 Reviews, head back to the Placard, and you will be rewarded with a Cozy Sweater.
