1. A Better Shed

• Available: Complete Main Quest A Cool Shed
• Objective: Complete the stay for another +2 Guests in Timber Crossing
• Reward: A cool new pair of pants

This is the first Management Job you receive in Bear and Breakfast. Once you have completed the Main Quest, A Cool Shed, the Management Jobs will become available.

If needed, add more rooms and decorate them. You will then need to book two more guests to meet this objective. Return to the Placard and interact with it when you have completed this job. You will receive Olive Pants as a reward.

2. A Great Shed

• Available: Complete A Better Shed
• Objective: Raise the Prestige to Level 3 in Timber Crossing
• Reward: 150 Coins

To raise the Prestige of your resort in Timber Crossing, you should have about 3-4 bedrooms, and they should all be decorated. If you are able to upgrade the furniture in the rooms, then you should do that as well. Each room should have about +8 Decoration and +5 Comfort to meet this requirement. Head back to the Placard and interact with it when you are done.

3. More Than a Shed

• Available: Complete A Great Shed
• Objective: Get +3 five-star reviews in Timber Crossing
• Reward: A special trinket that will put some pep in your step.

To complete this task, you will need to book additional guests and receive 3 five-star reviews. Even though you have received five-star reviews previously, this does not count towards this objective.

4. Out of Proportion

• Available: Complete More Than a Shed
• Objective: Build x2 Level 2 Bedrooms in Timber Crossing
• Reward: 200 Coins

To complete this Management Job, you will need to upgrade the furniture (beds, footrests, and wardrobes) in the bedrooms to Level 2. Once you do, interact with the Placard to turn in this job.

5. Bed of Roses

• Available: Complete Out of Proportion
• Objective: Raise the Presitge to Level 4 in Timber Crossing
• Reward: 250 Coins

To increase the Prestige of the bedrooms, you will need to buy higher-level decorations from Took’s Garbage. It is recommended to get wall paintings, a nightstand, lamps, rugs, and plants to increase the Prestige. Once you have completed this job interact with the Placard to turn it in.

6. On the Up Again

• Available: Complete Bed of Roses
• Objective: Build x1 Level 3 Bedroom in Timber Crossing and host +2 Guests with the Pampered Trait in Timber Crossing
• Reward: 300 Coins

To complete this Management Job, you will need to approach it as two different objectives: 1) build a Level 3 Bedroom and 2) host +2 Guests with the Pampered Trait. To build a Level 3 bedroom, you will need to unlock Level 3 Bedroom Furniture. This can only happen when you have completed the Highlake Main Quest Farm to Fork (3). Once this quest is done, new furniture will be unlocked at Pawn Voyage. Buy the Level 3 Bedroom Object recipes and construct the furniture then redo one to two of your bedrooms to meet the first requirement of this objective.

At this point, you will start to see guests with high Pampered scores, but it will be too high with the Level 3 bedroom furniture you currently have. This means you will need to wait until Level 4 furniture becomes available. You will need to complete the Main Quest Creature Comforts in Winterberry to unlock Level 4 Bedroom Furniture. Craft the Divine Dijon Bed and the Cute Vanity Table for your rooms.

This presents a challenge. If you have more than two rooms in Timber Crossing, you will see that the Divine Dijon Beds are much bigger than previous beds. This means that you will not be able to fit as much furniture as you want in the rooms. Pampered Guests will usually have a 38 Comfort requirement at this point so you may want to consider reducing the number of rooms in Timber Crossing to accommodate the larger furniture.

7. Get Your Hopes Up

• Available: Complete On the Up Again
• Objective: Get +10 five-start reviews in Timber Crossing
• Reward: A fresh new t-shirt

Even if you have received plenty of five-star reviews, they will not count towards this job. If you have only 2-3 rooms in Timber Crossing, this will take time to complete but once you do, head back to the Placard to turn it in. You will receive a Pine Shirt.
